Responsibilities:
- Daily QC for Non-sports campaigns across all CRM channels
- Non-sports campaign alignment with interns to ensure the plan is well executed including provide the general brief/template
- Manage ad-hoc projects related to Non-sports campaigns
- Create report for in-app & OSM
- Help to ideate and execute Automation flows for non-sports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in CRM.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as MoEngage, Clevertap, or other similar platforms.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring in Business, Marketing Communication, or relevant fields.
- Passionate about working in the digital marketing field.
- Very attentive to details
- Eager to learn new things and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative CRM campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
