Job Description:
  • Handle end-to-end execution process of marketing campaign blasts through internal marketing channels, including but not limited to App Push Notifications, Newsletter / Email Marketing, In-App Messages, and WhatsApp.
  • Implement new CRM tools tactics and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining the reporting and analysis of channel push performance aiming to improve the business metrics
  • Manage the channel & segment experiment to improve the performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives

Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience in running CRM programs and infrastructure using MoEngage or other similar tools
  • Ability to understand and manage quantitative business metrics; experience with reporting on metrics to senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, well-organized, disciplined, and high initiative
  • Experience in any of these specializations is a plus: Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, SQL
