Person in charge to be business representative for all stakeholders (internal and external), have a solid strategic mindset and understanding of business projects and digital industry including creating, maintaining and improving all project tasks, leaders expect this position to give positive impact for the company in terms of business and culture.

- Create and maintain all end to end project management process
- Collaborate with another team and stakeholders, mainly with KOL Planner team
- Leading project officer and all team planner to support campaign and reach the KPI
- Responsible for strategic decision for each project
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new project
- Create and executing project requirement including planning, budget and schedule
- Managing and mitigating any risk possibilities
- Doing and maintaining budget and timeline for any project
- Developing detail of plans, design, and monitoring progress
- Doing administration and reporting for each project
- Conducting research on market trends for relatable project
- Establishing great relationship with clients and other stakeholder
- Using content / KOL management system and project management software
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, Media or other related majors
- Have at least xx year of relevant work experience managing several project project related to digital / product
- Tech and current trends savvy in social media and digital marketing
- Creative and passionate about digital marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- Team player who loves to interact with people
- Ability to work in high pressure
