Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts/agreements, letters/notices, minutes of meetings, corporate resolution, deeds and other legal documents related to the company's OTT business;
Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on various legal issues related to the company's operations;
Attend meetings relevant to legal matters;
Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to support the company's objectives;
Collaborate with internal (e.g., user from other divisions and fellow legal team) and external (e.g., user's respective counterparties) stakeholders on legal matters under Company's business transactions

Requirements :

Minimum S1, having experiences (min. 1 year) as lawyer/legal officer is preferable,
