Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end execution process of marketing campaign blasts through internal marketing channels, including but not limited to App Push Notifications, Newsletter / Email Marketing, In-App Messages, and WhatsApp.
- Provide engaging marketing automation strategies to improve user retention cohort
- Implement new CRM tools tactics and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Create the reporting and analysis of channel push performance aiming to improve the business metrics
- Manage the channel & segment experiment to improve the performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in related fields in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience in running CRM programs and infrastructure using MoEngage or other similar tools
- Ability to understand and manage quantitative business metrics; experience with reporting on metrics to senior management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, well-organized, disciplined, and high initiative
- Experience in any of these specializations is a plus: Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, SQL
