Responsibilities :

  • Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
  • Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
  • Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics

Requirements :
  • You have solid prior experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience in CRM tools such as MoEngage or etc to overseeing and driving campaigns and projects
  • You are analytical, data-driven, and detail oriented
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are a strong team player
