We are looking for a Management Trainee who is excited about growing within our company into a management level position in product, engineering, and commercial department. This program consists management-training program is 6-12 months in which you would be coached and mentored on every detail from Vidio's great leaders.
The program is designed to challenge and grow individuals through a series of core components including on-the-job training, online learning, will be assigned by leadership mentors, peer coaches, formal leadership classes, and other avenues for learning. We hope to inspire a purpose-driven career and look forward to your interest in the program.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2 or its equivalent from reputable university
• Have leadership experience in an organization
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing startup working culture and environment
