Responsibilities:

  • Build media strategies with the team based on clear consumer journeys and strong integration between offline and online
  • Develop effective annual online marketing plan to enhance brand's equity and improve brand awareness among target consumer groups
  • Optimize media investment effectively through clear tracking and summary.
  • Manage key agencies and media partners to build strong partnership and ensure good communication.
  • Work together with CRM team to drive enrollment, enhance engagement and complete consumer journey.
  • Develop deep understanding to key competitor online strategy and programs.
  • Working with sales and the marketing team to assist with e-Commerce to ensure business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in communications/media or related (essential).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in related are
  • Knowledge of different types of media channels
  • Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital marketing
