Livestream Operation Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Setup live streaming infrastructure for TV, radio and event streaming
- Conduct regular maintenance on live streaming infrastructure, such as encoders, RTMP servers, and video hub
- Ensure 24/7 live streaming quality by monitoring TV, radio, and event streaming
- Troubleshoot live streaming infrastructure's issues
- Escalate live streaming issues to related teams or partners
- Continuously learning inside and outside the office
Requirements:
- Have basic knowledge in live streaming requirement and flow
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill for successful communication with team members and partners
- Being passionate, strong teamwork, and demonstrate a ‘get things done’ spirit will make you successful in this program
- Able to work in shifting schedule
Bonus points for experience with:
- Understanding in broadcasting, video encoding equipment, video codecs, and live video delivery systems.
- Basic knowledge on monitoring and alerting system for live streaming.
