Role Description

• Grow the Audience business by constantly thinking of the various attributes ( demographic, psychographic, purchase) that is relevant for advertisers and figuring out meaningful segments that can create high revenue uplift
• Work with advertisers on key audiences they require and work backwards with internal teams to delivering them
• Work with data partners and internal data teams( including other entities of Emtek Group) to work on the audiences
• Evangelize the goodness of Emtek audiences to sales teams and external agencies
• Partner with other data partners and companies to create audiences
• Price the audience products and use it for revenue uplift
• Work with measurement partners ( Moat, DAR, etc) to run constant tests on quality of audiences
• Manage key cross functional projects that can improve audiences creation and scale
• Work as the key business SPOC with product and tech teams who are working on data initiatives for audience
• Own/Streamline the flow of audience creation to delivery of audiences to advertisers by making sure the advertiser promise is delivered

• Create audience strategy and roadmap of new audiences
• Execute audience creation projects with data and tech teams and provide guidance on methodology and taxonomy of segments creation
• Keep track of scale of audiences and its performance
• Solve for any cross functional bottlenecks
• Guide sales teams from time to time and work to integrate audience plans with account plans
• Execute enrichment and attribution projects
• Execute partnerships on data


• 8 yrs + experience in advertising or strategy
• MBA preferred with excellence in analytics and program management
• Extremely good at presentation skills and business models
• Ability to work with multiple teams and yet drive teams that do not report to the person
• Detailed oriented yet knows the bigger picture
