Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements :
1. Have experienced in Customer Care, Call Center, or Customer Service min. 1 year
2. Detail oriented
3. Able to act quickly when a problem arises (refer to SOP)
5. Good teamwork skills (communication, listening, reliability)
6. Available to work in night shift
